The Peculiar high-purity nitrogen generator employs dual-tower pressure swing adsorption technology to produce a continuous stream of high-purity ni trogen. This technology utilizes the selective separation properties of carbon molecular sieves to filter out oxygen, carbon dioxide, and water vapor from  the air. The nitrogen generator consists of two carbon molecular sieve columns. The pre-treated compressed air enters and passes through the first carb on molecular sieve column, where oxygen, carbon dioxide, water vapor, and other impurities are adsorbed by the carbon molecular sieves, allowing only  nitrogen to pass through and enter the internal nitrogen storage tank. After a period of time, when the carbon molecular sieve column becomes saturate  d with adsorbed substances, the system automatically switches to the second column to continue the operation, while the first saturated column underg  oes rapid depressurization to release the adsorbed oxygen back into the air, thereby regenerating the column. The adsorption and purification regenerat ion process alternates between the two columns, allowing for the continuous production of clean, dry, high-purity nitrogen gas.
